Creating a stand out candidate brief document

Our long standing client Essenta Partners specialise in the sourcing and placement of Managerial/Director-level candidates for their global clientele.

Operating within such a highly competitive field of recruitment, they are faced with the difficult task of helping their clients, and themselves, stand out from the crowd. The Essenta team wanted to come up with a new approach to candidate briefing. One that not only strengthens the client’s and Essenta’s brand, but also illustrates the client’s investment in a potential future employee.

We understood that in order to achieve this, we needed to first get under the skin of their client’s brand (in this case, Burger King). After doing this, and utilising the candidate brief content provided, we created an on-brand, impactful, and attention-grabbing document.

This ‘going the extra mile approach is why we enjoy working with the team at Essenta, and is a wonderful example of utilising effective design to maximise results.
