Evolving the brand identity of an established furniture design company

Formed in 2007 by twin brothers Tully and Declan, Twin has established itself as a successful player within the bespoke furnishings market. Boasting a portfolio of projects ranging from large arena kit-outs to corporate office space furnishing, Twin has carved itself a healthy segment of the bespoke furniture industry.

After the successful growth of the company, the brothers felt it was time to reposition their brand. With a view to targeting individual and smaller-scale professional organisations and companies, Twin contacted the team at Straightedge to tackle this exciting branding challenge.

It was our task to evaluate Twin and push its evolution towards being a modern and savvy brand – one that would appeal to the business owner who wants to breathe life into a previously stale office space.

Upon meeting the Twin team, it became immediately apparent to us that the new brand needed to reflect their approach to furniture designs, with its vibrancy and focus on inspiration.

The very ethos of Twin was originally formed around a defined perspective, and a belief that their furniture really can change the atmosphere and mindset of any office. This dynamic and forward-thinking characterisation needed to be the definitive foundation of the new brand identity.

We have now successfully completed the new Twin identity, and are in the process of helping to weave this identity through the entire company.

From start to finish Straightedge have been an absolute delight to work with, they completely understood our company and values and helped create a website, brochure and brand that we are very proud of.
